Business Development Officer

The position of Business Development Officer is responsible for growing our business in a very competitive market. In addition the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new contacts, strengthening existing contacts, making cold calls, following up on leads, preparing  proposals, working closely with the operations team to build a strong knowledge of our operation understanding how we have built our strong reputation and developing and implementing a business development plan that will grow our future.

Document Scanning Operator

  • Document handling, scanning and image enhancement duties to convert printed documents into digital formats such as RTF, TIFF, PDF, & OCR.
  • Effectively operate a high-speed desktop scanner and corresponding software  Perform quality assurance by review of each page to ensure scanned document is accurate and complete.
  • Perform file transfer of scanned file to a central server (File Transfer Protocol/FTP).
  • Perform data entry as required to add data to the electronic record which corresponds to a scanned document.
  • Perform document preparation tasks, such as cutting document bindings, photocopying fragile or color papers, assembling documents, and unpacking and packing boxes of documents.
  • Maintain professional and courteous customer relations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
